It is very important to us that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please call us at 1-251-660-4088 we will fix the problem as fast as possible.

Missing and Damaged Items
If there are any issues with your order, you must report the problem to us within 5 business days of receiving it, and we will take all measures to make it right. Any missing or damaged items reported after 5 days will not be honored. Please check your entire order as soon as possible. No Exceptions.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific custom order items.
